Hill Rise Allotment Association (HRAA), St Ives
We exist to represent and support plot holders and their partners who are tenants on the Council’s Hill Rise allotment site. The site has around 240 plots, and therefore is a major amenity in the town.

HRAA runs a discount scheme at local garden centre outlets, offers help and advice to tenants, buys in bulk soil improver which is provided free to members, and provides membership of associated national societies. Membership of HRAA also gives free access to evening talks on gardening-related topics through our associated gardening club (SIGC). HRAA also organises and funds the annual Flower and Produce show which is held at the end of August/beginning of September in the Corn Exchange. The HRAA committee also liaises with the council and represents members interests when the need arises.

Please note that if you are interested in joining the waiting list for an allotment plot, you should contact the Town Council in the first instance as the managing authority. HRAA would be happy to hear from anyone interested in allotment gardening in the town.
